DISCLAIMER: ONE OR MORE TOWN/VILLAGE TRAFFIC COURTS IN CLINTON COUNTY, INCLUDING THE CHAMPLAIN TOWN COURT AND THE BEEKMANTOWN TOWN COURT, MAY NOT AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TRAFFIC DIVERSION PROGRAM. IF A TOWN OR VILLAGE COURT DOES NOT AGREE TO DISMISS THE UNIFORM TRAFFIC TICKET FOLLOWING SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE TRAFFIC DIVERSION PROGRAM, THE CLINTON COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE WILL DECLINE TO PROSECUTE.
This form is divided into three sections:
- Determine whether or not you are eligible to participate in the program.
- Provide us with your personal information.
- Make your payment using your credit card or debit card.
In order to complete this process, you will need the following:
- Your driver's license
- A picture or scan of your ticket(s) saved in JPG, PDF, PNG, or GIF format
- A copy of your Standard Drivers Record (Abstract)
- An accident information exchange form or insurance indemnification letter, IF AND ONLY IF there was an accident with injury and/or property damage
- A method of payment (credit/debit card)
If you have the proper information available, this process should take no more than fifteen (15) minutes to complete.
